We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leisure Club Attendant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to members, ensuring the smooth operation of the club, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

* Acting as the first point of contact for members
* Dealing with queries in person, by phone/email
* Assisting the Club Manager in marketing/upselling the club
* Carrying out general cleaning duties
* Administering membership enquiries and completing sales

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings/evenings & weekends
* Prior experience as a lifeguard or equivalent is essential
* NCEF qualification or equivalent also required
* Ability to work as part of a team and desire to progress in your career
