Job Description:
Role – Principal Consultant (Service Delivery Manager)
Technology – Managed Support services for Apps, Infra, Cyber-Sec, Service desk and End user compute; ITIL, SIAM
Location – Cork, Ireland
In the role of Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for
* Program management of Managed Support services for Apps, Infra, Cyber-Sec, Service desk and End user compute
* Drive Governance, Customer Delight, Continuous service improvement, Innovation and ITIL process improvements for client
* Take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility of the support program managing SLAs, managing client sponsors and stakeholders of the program
* Working with Head of IT and his direct reportees in driving stated outcomes
* Identify and Mitigate Project risks
* Team management and team building
Required:
* 15+ years of relevant experience in managing support program
* Experience of managing senior stakeholders (Directors, Senior Directors in client organization)
* Excellent team management abilities
* Experience in Retail, CPG industry is an added advantage
* Knowledge of ITIL and SIAM is an added advantage
