What can you expect from your ro

* le? Manage the order to shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs (order entering, fulfilment maximization of orders, seamless delivery process, et
* c.),Reply to inquiries from internal and external customers on our products and orders (stock availability, expected delivery date, product information, order/shipping status, e
* tc.)Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, effectively using all available resour
* ces.Anticipate client needs by taking the full ownership of your portfolio and a proactive approach to your day to
* day.Keep track of all issues related to customers, order- and delivery process (pricing issues, product availability, miss-shipments, e
* tc.)Manage claims & reverse logistic for your client portfo
* lio.Reporting on market activities and trends for an informed decis
* ion.Ensure your clientele is going through an order experience, living up to the luxuriousness of BVLG
