The role involves managing day-to-day administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, supporting internal teams and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.Liaising with warehouse operatives and delivery driversMaintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).Support finance processes when applicableLiaise with internal departments and external partners in a professional and timely manner.Essential Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.Experience handling confidential information with discretion.A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
