Key Responsibilities:
The role of a Supervisor involves assisting the Site Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance. This includes supporting the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets. Additionally, Supervisors are responsible for motivating their team by setting achievable goals and using effective leadership and communication skills.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers. They should also be able to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment, and be willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
