Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily menu execution, ensuring that dishes are prepared according to our unique recipes and utilizing locally sourced produce.
* Develop and maintain rigorous food safety protocols, adhering to HACCP standards.
* Maintain accurate stock control records, including ordering supplies as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum 3 years' experience in senior management or head chef roles within fast-paced environments.
