* Lead a team of 6 packaging technicians to ensure efficient operation of the production line.

* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Familiarity with GMP standards and regulations.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
