Stakeholder Management
* Act as the single point of contact for client leadership .
* Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives is met
* Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
Delivery Management
* Own end-to-end delivery of projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
* Drive operational reviews, resource planning, and financial forecasting.
* Implement risk management strategies and ensure timely issue resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities :
* Lead the delivery management process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Provide strategic direction for projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
