The programme focuses on helping each client navigate a return to work through one-on-one career guidance, access to relevant training and education opportunities, and job placements that align with their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* To engage clients in a collaborative and diagnostic approach, understanding their goals, aspirations, and barriers to employment.
* To plan appointments with clients to ensure effective use of time, building a strong working relationship.
* To identify employment opportunities and make clients aware of these potential opportunities.
* To assist clients with CV preparation and interview skills & liaise with employers to provide a job matching service.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment, enterprise, and/or career guidance principles, as well as experience working with barriers to employment and job coaching. They will be required to demonstrate developed liaison skills across multiple stakeholders and have good computer skills, including experience with a content management system.
