We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across new and existing accounts throughout the Republic of Ireland. This is a strategic sales role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored waste management solutions to commercial clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors
* Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise retention and upsell
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Essential Attributes:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within environmental services, logistics, or facilities management
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
* Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
* Knowledge of Irish business culture and regional market dynamics
* Must hold a full driving licence
Desirable Attributes
* Experience in waste management or sustainability-led services
* Existing network of commercial contacts in Ireland
* Ability to translate customer needs into bespoke service solutions
