About the RoleTommy Hilfiger, a global lifestyle brand, relies on its stores as the primary touchpoints with consumers. The Store Manager leads the store team, ensuring the brand’s standards and customer experience are delivered consistently, while driving sales, managing operations, and fostering a positive store culture.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and goals: sales and wage budgets, sales per hour, units per transaction, conversion rate, wage and expense control, shrinkage, mystery shops, store audits, and profitability.Identify opportunities and collaborate with others to grow the business or improve performance.Consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff fairly and consistently.Ensure door to floor best practices, visual merchandising directives, and standards for the sales floor and back room are executed; continually review standards for clear and consistent execution.Communicate regularly with the buying team to guarantee correct stock levels and demographically appropriate inventory.Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results.Communicate daily with staff on individual sales goals, key performance indicators, store results, product sales, and other information to help them provide service and achieve goals.Manage manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation processes.Provide training and coaching for employees (daily, weekly, and monthly) and ensure documentation is appropriately maintained.Lead weekly management meetings and other staff meetings; participate in and contribute to regional meetings.Make commitments and decisions with limited information even under stressful and changing conditions.Set challenging but attainable goals emphasizing service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.Coordinate action plans while considering consequences and budget decisions.Convey clear ideas and goals, manage implementation, and drive measurable results.Create energy and excitement around shared goals and values.Qualifications• Extensive progressive retail experience, including previous store management in a consumer‑facing brand retailer.• Retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales experience.• People‑management experience and conflict‑resolution skills.• Effective communication and an ability to cultivate belonging on the shop floor.• Courage to give feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.• Ability to adapt fast and work at pace, and inspire trust with a clear presence.BenefitsPVH offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits program designed to protect, provide peace of mind, and offer flexibility for associates.
