Key Responsibilities
* Foster a high-performance culture that is inclusive and people-focused across the organisation.
* Lead and support the development of modern leadership practices among HR teams and people managers.
* Oversee payroll operations across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Develop and implement compliant HR policies and procedures that align with the organisation's strategic direction.
* Drive talent acquisition, learning, and development initiatives to support business and career growth.
* Build strong partnerships with academic institutions and professional bodies to support long-term talent acquisition and workforce development.
* Lead employee and industrial relations, including union negotiations, grievance processes, and third-party representations.
* Strengthen staff engagement through effective internal communications and cultural initiatives.
* Support regional HR business partners in delivering HR services and initiatives.
* Deliver actionable people analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the organisation's people strategy.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements across HR processes and systems.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing.
* Proven expertise in employment law, ER/IR, and talent management.
* Strong people-first mindset and knowledge of best practices from high-performing organisations.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and project management expertise.
