This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Scheduler/ Administrator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What's on Offer: Up to €40,000 salary depending on experience Your new role includes: Being the first contact for inbound communications, including both phone calls and email Inhouse weekly scheduling and in-week adjustments of technician and driver schedules Creating new customers, locations and users in the CRM system, as well as reviewing reports and Access permits Supporting the sales process and contribute positively to a proactive sales culture Processing invoices at the end of each month and liaising with customers on payments Experience you need: 3+ years' experience working in an Operations / Administration role preferred.
