Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. Locations for these services include Galway. We require Residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and person-centered planning, and contributing to the daily operation of the service.
Requirements:
1. A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant
2. Clear understanding of person-centered care and keyworking
3. Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
4. Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
5. Knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures
6. Full Clean Manual Driving License
