The Construction Design Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Construction Director across a portfolio of projects.
This position will be based on our Balmoston project in North County Dublin.
Key responsibilities and duties Ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
Design information/package to be coordinated with the procurement programme.
Coordinate design work with consultants and subcontractors Ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.

Provide input into the preparation of the project programme Coordinate with other disciplines to assure compliance with project requirements, company standards and procedures, industry codes and standards, utility company requirements and client criteria.
Prepare weekly and monthly look aheads in conjunction with the team Track progress against the project programmes in accordance with key milestones through coordination with all trades Coordinate specialist subcontractor design input and facilitate workshops to agree/establish timelines Manage the involvement of the design team input and approval process of the supply chain Develop relationships with design team and project stakeholders during early concept stages; manage expectations of the project through regular communication and discussions regarding requirements and specifications.
