We are working with a leading international firm who are seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join their Funds and Investment Management team within their Dublin office.
The Role
The successful candidate will support an esteemed financial practice collaborating with knowledge lawyers across the firm to support the Funds team through development and maintenance of legal precedents. The candidate's duties will also include conducting in-depth legal research, preparing briefing materials, and updating the firm's library of legal precedents.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development and client engagement initiatives through formulating advice and leading and contributing to tenders and presentations for the firm's client base.
Essential Criteria
* 6+ PQE;
* Strong background in funds and investment management within a medium to large commercial firm;
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
