This is a remote position that must be based on the East Coast.RoleAs a Renewals Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire renewal lifecycle for our customers, playing a critical role in driving retention, reducing churn, and maximizing net revenue retention through seamless and strategic renewal processes. As one of our first dedicated Renewals Managers, you will help define and establish best practices and processes for our renewal operations.What you will be doingOwn and manage the complete renewals process for Tines\' customer portfolio, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfactionProactively identify and engage with accounts approaching renewal, developing strategies to secure renewals and expand usageDevelop and execute advanced renewal strategies, including multi-year agreements, complex contract structuring, and negotiation of high-value renewalsCollaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to understand customer health and develop tailored renewal strategiesTrack and analyze renewal metrics, providing regular forecasts and insights to leadershipIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer baseDevelop and implement standardized renewal processes and best practicesNegotiate renewal terms and conditions when appropriateMaintain accurate customer data and renewal information in our CRM systemBuild strong relationships with technical stakeholders and security teams at customer organizationsStay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customersWhat you bring with you3-5 years of experience in renewals, account management, or quota-carrying sales rolesDemonstrated success in achieving targets, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue retention or growthExperience working with technical products, preferably in cybersecurity, automation, or enterprise SaaSUnderstanding of security operations, workflows, and challenges faced by security teamsStrong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value to technical stakeholdersStrong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue modelsExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis toolsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and establish processesApplicants for this opportunity must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.At Tines, we’re all about trying new things and taking the leap.
