Due to continued expansionofeir evowe are now seeking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineerthat willwork closely with our Managed Services Team, working on a dedicatedteam, supporting an evolving and exciting multi-technology IT environment.
The successful candidate will work on andreceive exposure to different technologies, Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, as well as the latest Microsoft applications &solutions.
Why This Role: Expectations From The Role: On site resourcing cover - operating within a customer's environment and under their governance.
Provision accounts and equipment Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, Ms.
Office, O365 Maintain and build the current documentation in place.
Interacting with and managing 3rd parties Application troubleshooting and support.
Imaging and Deployment Manage File Permissions and Access Rights Configuration and Support of Mobile Devices Hardware Fault Investigation and Diagnosis Resolution and Recovery, Reducing impact where possible.
Work with other ICT teams or 3rd parties where required.
Create and maintain Documentation of Customer's Environment Requirements For ASuccessful Application: Required Skills· 3-5 Years working in an IT Support Environment· Extensive Windows Desktop skills and Strong knowledge of Active Directory· Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills· Industry Accreditation· Networking technologies, Firewall and Switching principles.· Microsoft Exchange Administration and Support· Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
