As we continue our growth and expansion, we're on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Campaign Manager to bolster our presence and pipeline across the EMEA region.
We're seeking an accomplished EMEA Demand Generation Campaign Manager who is a data-driven marketing professional with a genuine passion for driving growth and harnessing cutting-edge technologies like AI. You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, create, capture, and accelerate sales pipeline for both new and existing customers throughout EMEA.
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in translating go-to-market strategies from Product Marketing into impactful campaigns. You'll orchestrate multi-channel campaign execution, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, to fuel our awareness activities, demand generation programmes, and sales plays. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding our market footprint and championing the adoption of AI-powered marketing within our strategies.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development:Develop and take ownership of comprehensive, integrated EMEA-specific demand generation campaign plans, ensuring they align with overall business objectives and regional targets for marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- ABM Leadership: Lead the development and execution of sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes tailored for key accounts within EMEA, leveraging platforms like Demandbase to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
- Sales & Regional Alignment:Work closely with Sales Leaders across EMEA to deeply understand their business requirements, sales objectives, and regional nuances. You'll translate these insights into effective campaign strategies and in-region activations.
- Territory Partnership: Partner effectively with Regional Marketing Managers who are focused on in-territory execution, providing them with campaign assets, guidance, and support to ensure consistent messaging and maximise local impact.
- Performance Forecasting & Analysis: Provide quarterly forecasts for campaign programmes, analyse performance reports, and leverage insights to continuously optimise campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate campaign plans, detailed analysis of results, and proposed optimisations to executive leadership, sales teams, and key stakeholders through engaging remote and in-person presentations.
- Budget Ownership: Manage, spend, and meticulously track the EMEA programme budget for your assigned business unit, ensuring optimal allocation and demonstrable return on investment.
- Multi-Channel Orchestration: Coordinate the end-to-end execution of defined programme activities across a diverse range of tactics including, but not limited to:
- - Digital advertising (paid social, display, programmatic)
- - Email marketing and nurture programmes
- - Content syndication
- - Paid search
- - Account-Based Marketing plays
- - Partner marketing programmes
- Lead Management & Optimisation: Ensure that all responses from marketing programmes are appropriately tracked, qualified, and seamlessly delivered to the relevant sales organisations. Continuously track leads and conversions through the entire sales funnel, optimising follow-up processes and campaign tactics as needed to improve conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Digital, Web, Social Media, PR, and Regional Marketing mangers, as well as external agencies, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, campaign management, or a similar marketing role, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline and revenue targets in the EMEA region.
- Demonstrable experience with ABM strategies and platforms, with a strong preference for hands-on experience with Demandbase.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline tracking, reporting, and campaign attribution.
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua (preferred), or Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong presentation abilities and comfort presenting to large groups and executive leadership.
Nice-to-have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A keen interest in and practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing, with experience or a strong desire to implement AI-driven strategies for enhanced targeting, personalisation, and efficiency.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and present findings clearly. Experience with reporting tools like Power BI would be a bonus.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
