Armont Recruitment have partnered with a globally recognised FMCG brand currently seeking an ambitious Part Qualified Accountant to join their dynamic team based in Dublin on an initial 12 month contract.
Working within a rapidly expanding team, the successful candidate will gain complete exposure to end-to-end accounting within a supportive finance function.
This role will suit a part qualified or trainee accountant looking to make their first move into industry from practice or leverage off their existing industry experience by joining a leading global multinational.
The Role
Preparation and completion of bank reconciliations
Monthly reconciliation and commentary on several GL accounts
VAT return preparation and reconciliation
Provide analysis and support to external and internal audit
Responsible for maintenance of prepayments and monthly releases
Work closely with AR and AP teams
Preparation of quarterly schedules & balance sheet analytics with related commentary for provision to senior management and audit committee
The Candidate
Part qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with practice or industry experience within a multinational organisation
Previous experience of SAP an advantage
Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Excel
Enthusiastic and passionate to develop their accounting knowledge and understanding
