Environmental Coordinator

Planning and Environment - Dunboyne, Co. Meath

Our Planning and Environmental Department is a small group of professionals working with the Board of Directors to manage regulatory compliance of our existing property portfolio and expand the resource base of the company through identification of new mineral prospects and securing regulatory consent.

We are currently looking for an experienced Environmental Coordinator to manage, collate and report an extensive environmental monitoring portfolio to ensure regulatory compliance. Assisting the Planning and Environmental Team in the following areas:

Responsibilities:

* Managing Environmental Monitoring Contractors
* Environmental Impact Assessment Report
* Natura Impact Statements
* Waste Permits and Licenses
* Air Emissions Licenses
* Effluent Discharge Licenses
* Environmental Auditing
* Extractive Waste Management Plans
* Annual Environmental Returns
* PRTR submissions
* Base line monitoring
* Planning Applications for extractive and associated developments

Skills Required:

* Third level degree qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering or related subject
* Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in a similar role within Ireland
* Detailed knowledge of Irish and European Environmental Legislation is a strict requirement
* Excel, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD preferable
