Snagger / Skilled Operatives required for residential upgrade, repair and maintenance works.
Requirements:
* 3 years experience in residential construction
* Safe Pass and Manual Handling
* Own Transport (mostly Dublin but can sometimes include Laois, Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare, Offaly)
* Motivated and ability to work under own initiative
* Advantages (other training, own tools, etc.)
Role / Responsibilities:
* Complete works on residential properties as directed
* Supervise & lead labourers on-site
* Maintain records including Dairies & Photos (Whatsapp)
* Maintain high standard of Health & Safety
Looking for people to start in the short term.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€48,000.00 per year
Experience:
* Residential Construction: 2 years (preferred)
