You will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality financial insights and control, focusing on plant and sales performance, budget and forecast accuracy, and cost analysis.
* Calculate and maintain standard costs in SAP across multiple production sites.
* Analyse manufacturing performance and variances against budget and prior year.
* Support inventory reporting, including provisions, write-offs, and data accuracy.
* Act as a finance business partner to the Sales and Commercial teams.
* Contribute to monthly period-end closing and management reporting cycles.
* Perform detailed variance analysis and highlight performance trends.
* Lead and support budget and forecasting processes across departments.
* Conduct ROI analyses and appraisals for capital expenditure projects.
* Support SAP S4Hana implementation and continuous finance system improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
* Provide accurate and timely financial insights to guide operational improvements.
* Ensure compliance and consistency across all financial reporting and controls.
* Participate in ad hoc projects within the Finance and Controlling remit.
* Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to improve financial visibility.
* Travel may be required, primarily to the UK.
Key Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is an advantage.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
* Experience with SAP and/or data analytics tools is preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Team player with a hands-on approach and strong business acumen.
