Operations Manager Permanent | Full-time | Dublin City Centre | Hybrid working We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Operations Manager to keep our busy practice running smoothly - today and into the future. This high-energy role is perfect for someone who's as confident in the boardroom as they are rolling up their sleeves to solve problems on the ground. Responsibilities: Own the day-to-day running of the practice, from management meetings to action follow-through. Lead IT systems and suppliers, troubleshoot issues, and oversee smooth rollouts. Streamline processes across billing, filing, accounts payable, scheduling, and reporting. Manage and mentor a small operations/admin team. Take charge of Partner schedules, resolving conflicts and maximising efficiency. Run HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, admin, and staff engagement. Support managers with performance, change, and people development. Oversee facilities, suppliers, and office inventory. Keep our website and social channels up to date. Deliver special projects - from process redesigns to compliance initiatives. About you Proven experience in operations/management with strong commercial acumen. Professional services background (accountancy, legal, consulting, or similar) preferred. Both a leader and a doer; strategic when needed, hands-on when it counts. Highly organised, practical, and solutions-driven. Confident working independently and collaboratively. Strong communicator and influencer at all levels. Tech-savvy, with Microsoft Office and CRM/practice management know-how. Professional, approachable and discreet, with integrity at your core.
