Responsibilities
* Providing our seniors with excellent, comprehensive care by assisting the nursing team.
* Maintaining the greatest standards of personal care and hygiene for residents while always preserving their dignity.
* Supporting individuals in meeting their nutritional needs through proper eating and drinking habits.
* Utilizing the proper aids and helping residents mobilize as needed.
* As instructed by the nursing staff, escorting or transferring residents.
* Helping to provide end-of-life care.
Requirements
* Qualification in QQI/FETAC OR comparable experience in a comparable setting.
* Hiring EU Nationals exclusively
* Experience working in a care environment is preferred.
* The capacity to operate both individually and together.
* Professional, considerate, and sympathetic disposition.
* Be at ease working in a setting that can occasionally be difficult.
* Possess a strong command of the English language.
* The ability to work a variety of shift patterns from Monday through Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and days.
