We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and adaptable individual to take on the challenge of providing expert advice to our clients. This is a hybrid work-from-home opportunity available for suitable candidates. Our team specializes in online and telephone consultations, and we have a full support system in place to ensure our advisors can focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice over the phone and via email
* Identify sales opportunities from high intent inbound enquiries and propose suitable financial solutions
* Cross-sell products where possible and ensure all internal procedures and industry regulations are followed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* QFA, CFP or APA certification
* Excellent telephone sales skills
* A high level of customer service delivery via phone, email and web-meetings
* Previous experience as a Financial Advisor, CFP or APA in a Financial Services Brokerage or Financial Institution
* Previous experience operating a CRM system (a bonus)
