We are seeking an exceptional Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week plus specified purpose post, 28 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest attainable standards of person-centered care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life of service users in all aspects of daily living.

Key responsibilities include:

* To assist and cooperate in the smooth running of the assigned area.
">
* To work directly with the Unit Head in identifying programs/work and design activities suitable to the varying needs of the service user.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum ordinary degree (FETAC Level 7) in Applied Social Studies/Social Care, Nursing or recognised equivalent.
">
Under the Health & Social Care Professional Act 2005 (amended), the successful candidate will be required to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker/Supervisor within the required time frames to practice as a Social Care Worker.
">
Essential requirements include experience of working with young people with Intellectual Disabilities, knowledge and experience of Day Service Interim standards and EASI tool desirable, and full clean driving license essential as driving is part of the role.
