A cutting-edge company in the biotech space is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and people-first HR Leader to lead and shape their growing team.
About the Role:
You'll work directly with the Leadership Team, driving HR strategies that align with the company's ambitious goals. You'll oversee all aspects of HR, from talent management and organisational development to employee engagement and compliance. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and people-focused culture.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and manage recruitment, performance management, training & development, and compensation.
Provide expert HR guidance to leadership and staff.
Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
8-10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment.
Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Experience in an owner-led or VC-backed company is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
CIPD qualified.
Location: Dublin – Full-time, on-site.
