Requirements
Core Skills:
* Proficiency in SQL with expertise in writing subqueries, performing complex joins, and working with relational database systems.
* Strong proficiency in troubleshooting applications developed using Java and SQL.
* Solid understanding of UNIX commands for system-level operations and diagnostics.
* Able to create comprehensive documentation, including Root Cause Analyses (RCA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
* Skilled in managing incident, problem, and change management processes within DevOps environments.
* Familiar with ITIL frameworks, with hands-on experience handling Major Incidents (MI) and high-priority tickets.
Desirable Skills:
* Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, able to read and understand complex queries and procedures.
* Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
* Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a small, focused global Scrum team, contributing effectively to agile development cycles.
