Restaurant Manager Opportunity
Are you a skilled and experienced restaurant manager looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to take on the role of Restaurant Manager in one of our well-established establishments in Co. Kerry.
In this key position, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an outstanding guest experience, drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and marketing efforts, and enhance customer loyalty.
You will need to have a strong track record in managing operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation, ensuring both cost control and top-tier service. You will also be required to foster efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership to execute business strategies and exceed performance targets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and marketing efforts
* Managing operational efficiency and cost control
* Fostering collaborative working relationships with senior leadership
Requirements:
* 3 years' experience in a busy restaurant environment with a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, organisation, and time management skills
* Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food and beverage environments
* Passion for team development and mentorship
* Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative
* Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
Benefits:
* Competitive salary ranging from €40,000 to €50,000 per year, dependent on experience
