Job Title: Logistics Administrator Locations:Drogheda, Co. They have a sales office and a distribution centre in Drogheda, Ireland which currently is home to a small dynamic and welcoming organization with 12 employees. Key Responsibilities: Plan customer shipments using our ERP system. Coordinate distribution through our transport partners across Ireland. Communicate effectively with the customer service team. Support warehouse operations, including space optimization, product presentation and packaging improvements, and coordination with third-party providers. Assist with stock control and purchase order placement. Ensure the smooth flow of relevant operational information within the organization. Review and approve transport invoices. Liaise with group companies across EU Assist with order placement. Coordinate delivery schedules with customers. Support the team with general customer queries. Key skills & Qualifications: Relevant Third Level Qualification Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, resilient and capable of working as part of a team. Positive and proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. Sound judgement and good commercial sense. Broad sense of planning and order focused on details. Ability to self-manage and willingness to learn. Good handling of work under pressure. Team player with first-class collaboration skills.
