Job Title: Senior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert cost management services across a variety of construction projects. These projects include commercial, public and residential developments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents;
* Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments;
* Managing project costs from inception to completion;
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders;
* Analyzing and negotiating variations or claims;
* Preparing final accounts and project reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field;
* 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field;
* Professional membership is advantageous;
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills;
* Proficiency in relevant software.
