Receptionist and Admin Assistant required in Ennis, Co. Clare

Cummins Car Centre is County Clare's Toyota Main Dealer. Due to internal promotion we are seeking a Receptionist and Admin Assistant to join our team in Ennis. Full training will be provided.

Roll Overview

The Receptionist roll is the welcoming face of the business. The scope of the role extends from the meet & greet in the showroom to the telephone greeting received by the customer. It also encompasses outbound customer contact calls and obtaining feedback on Customers' experiences. The admin assistant aspect of the roll incorporates Sales administration, Accounts administration and General administrative support to the business

Responsibilities

* Handling inbound phone calls that remain unanswered, taking, forwarding and logging messages.
* Meet & Greet Showroom customers, determine their needs and introduce them to the appropriate area of the business
* Carry out customer follow-up calls, record customer feedback and communicate to relevant area of the business
* Ensure that the customer reception and waiting areas are stocked and tidy
* Carry out Sales administration duties as required
* Register & verify Creditor Invoices. Assist in Creditor reconciliations.
* Assist in the Debtor process, prepare Debtor Invoices, Statements and complete follow up on accounts.
* Carry our additional Accounts administration duties as required
* Maintain filing and retention of company records
* Communicate with debtors and creditors as required

The Ideal Candidate

· Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Professional appearance and a pleasant person

· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

· Good attention to detail

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
