Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager – Facilities Management and Material Handling Maintenance based at a new fully automated site in Dublin, Ireland.
This management role, reporting to the Senior Manager P&E Facility Management and Sort Maintenance for UK and Ireland, will lead, direct, coach, and develop technicians. You will ensure a safe and compliant Maintenance function, overseeing Facility Management and Material Handling automated sort systems across your sites. Your responsibilities include developing and standardizing industry-leading Facility Management and Maintenance processes focused on service excellence and reliability, while managing costs and reducing supplier numbers through BPO models.
You will ensure maintenance goals are met and that processes and procedures are executed promptly and consistently to support Operations. The successful candidate will ensure all activities comply with company goals and regulatory requirements.
With strong leadership and analytical skills, you will plan and organize meticulously. Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to confidently present to diverse audiences are essential. Stakeholders will include teams within the UK and Ireland.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years' experience as a maintenance manager, with preferences for Facilities and Automation expertise.
