Administrative Support Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual with experience in bookkeeping or accounting practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating workflows, supporting payroll and bookkeeping delivery, overseeing work quality, and managing key office responsibilities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an Irish bookkeeping or accounting practice. A strong understanding of Irish VAT regulations is essential. Proficiency in Bright Payroll software is also required. Experience with Sage, Xero, Quick Books, Thesaurus or similar software would be advantageous.
