Quality Assurance Director
This key leadership position forms part of the site management team, collaborating closely with operations to deliver production requirements with a focus on food safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Food Safety & Quality Management: Oversee and continuously improve the site's Food Safety and Quality Management System.
* Quality Improvement & Process Control: Drive corrective and preventative action programs to resolve quality issues.
* Operations & Staff Management: Work collaboratively with the Site Manager and Group Technical Manager to align quality goals with operational needs.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in high-risk food manufacturing, relevant science-based qualifications, and the ability to balance quality leadership with commercial understanding of production operations.
