Job Title: Line Equipment Technician
The role of a Line Equipment Technician is crucial to the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. This position will suit an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with operators and engaging directly with the production process.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee workstation performance to ensure efficiency and implement improvements for streamlined workflow.
2. Evaluate daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and assist new hires in their on-boarding process.
4. Engage with operators to troubleshoot problems, introduce process improvements, and collaborate with Engineering and Production teams on new product introductions.
greater than 3 years experience in medical device manufacturing/clean-room environment Knowledge of catheters and stents is essential.
