Lead Youth Care Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Youth Care Professional to support the growth and development of vulnerable young people.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
The role involves working closely with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote positive outcomes and well-being.
* Relevant qualification in youth care or a related field (level 7)
* Proven experience in a senior role, ideally within children's residential services
* Minimum 2 years' experience in supervisory or management positions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends
