Our client, a well-established distributor and retailer of commercial vehicles and spare parts, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in their West Dublin office.
Responsibilities Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to address payment inquiries and issues.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all accounts payable activities.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation related to accounts payable.
Ideal Candidate 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
Proficiency in financial systems and software, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
