Job Overview
You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and continuity of passenger processing systems at an airport.
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues with passenger processing equipment within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities include providing operational support to all components of passenger processing systems, performing routine maintenance on various pieces of equipment, responding to customer incidents via the Global Service Desk, and identifying required spare parts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
* A strong knowledge base in Microsoft desktop software.
* An understanding of network protocols server hardware system configurations or relevant IT qualifications.
* The CompTIA A+ certification (desired).
