Key Responsibilities: Strong Audit/ Internal audit background within Financial Services, with demonstrable experience leading audits independently from planning through fieldwork, reporting and closure, including risk assessment and control evaluation.
Senior stakeholder engagement & communication: Comfortable working directly with senior management and key stakeholders, able to challenge constructively, present findings clearly, and influence outcomes through strong written and verbal communication.
Autonomous, step-up mindset: Ready for a high-visibility role with autonomy, showing sound professional judgement, ownership of audit delivery, and the confidence to operate with minimal supervision while maintaining audit quality and standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience: ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIA certification desirable+5 years of experience working in a Regulated Internal Audit or Consulting environment.
Big 4 / Top 5 experience from advisory or consulting desirable Strong understanding of Financial Services, Back-Office Operational Areas, Risk, Compliance and Controls Testing.
