The role involves overseeing daily operations of the Transfer Agency team, ensuring efficient and responsive service delivery to clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Daily supervision of team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
* Monitoring team activity against shared mailboxes and assisting with queries.
* Identifying key priorities within the team and assigning tasks accordingly.
* Managing day-to-day client relationships and escalating issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Third-level qualification in a related field or equivalent experience in the financial services industry.
* Client service experience preferred, with knowledge of Private Markets.
* Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while multitasking.
