Commission Management, to include: Assisting on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan Preparation of Bills of Quantities in accordance with ARM Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes specifically for the PWCF1 contract and ideally with experience of delivering for the HSE and Department of Education
