About the role
This is a dynamic opportunity to join a Commercial Team for a leading distributor, supporting the beauty brands portfolio. The Business Account Executive will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across promotions, pricing, reporting, and customer liaison. The role demands strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Promotion Management: Submit and track promotional proposals across grocery and pharmacy channels.
Product Setup & Pricing: Maintain product data and pricing updates in internal systems (e.g., FT, MD2).
Sales Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports by key account and support forecasting activities.
Customer Liaison: Handle daily queries from accounts and field sales teams.
E-commerce Support: Provide digital assets, imagery, and web data to retail partners.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Attend interdepartmental meetings and support other business units when required.
System Management: Work within Allegro’s internal systems to manage the day to day administration.
About you
1–2 years of administrative experience in FMCG or retail.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proactive and assertive in responding to business needs.
Comfortable in a fast-paced culture.
