Job Description:
UCD School of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Farm Animal Clinical Studies and Herd Health to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will contribute to teaching herd health, animal husbandry, and farm animal clinical studies across all years of the MVB degree programme.
They will also deliver referral herd health and individual animal services, while actively exploring opportunities for research funding in herd health, husbandry, and farm animal clinical studies.
Teaching and clinical activities will be based at UCD Belfield and the UCD Lyons farm.
The appointee will develop links with relevant research groups internationally and nationally.
Developing strong relationships with industry partners, academic colleagues, and veterinarians is crucial in this role.
