Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating the C&B department
* Coordinating large events such as conferences, private parties, and social events
* Liaising with customers and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of all in-house events
* Coordination and rostering of the C&B team
* Motivating and developing the team through training, meetings, and appraisals
* Covering Duty Management shifts on the front-of-house as required
This is a management role requiring strong leadership skills, excellent customer care skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role is essential.
