How You’ll Make An Impact
The People and Culture (P&C) Manager for our Irish Hub will play a key leadership role in developing and implementing P&C strategies and initiatives that support SiriusXM’s growth and exceptional Employer Brand in the region—creating an inclusive environment and fostering relationships globally. This role will oversee all P&C functions locally, reporting to the GVP P&C, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, promoting a strong employee experience, and aligning regional HR practices with global policies. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic direction with day‑to‑day P&C operational support, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike.
What You’ll Do
* Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the main HR contact for employees and managers in the Dublin office, managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and driving engagement initiatives.
* Learning & Development: Identify and support training initiatives to drive leadership development, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.
* Culture & Inclusion: Promote SiriusXM’s culture and values by supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
* Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Partner with recruitment teams and functional leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring process.
* Performance Management: Support and manage performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes aligned with SiriusXM’s global framework.
* Compensation & Benefits: Work with the global HR and compensation teams to ensure competitive, locally compliant pay structures and benefits programs.
* Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices comply with European labor laws, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements while maintaining alignment with global HR policies.
* HR Operations: Partner and support payroll coordination, HRIS management, and other HR administrative functions in collaboration with global HR and finance teams.
* Change Management: Partner with leadership on organizational changes, restructuring, and integration projects.
What You’ll Need
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* Legal right to work in Ireland is essential.
* 5‑7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
* Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated success in embedding and scaling HR processes within a growing international business.
* Strong knowledge of European labor laws, regulations, and HR practices (multi‑country experience preferred).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
* Proven problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with global HR colleagues.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Culturally sensitive and experienced in working across diverse, multinational environments.
* Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday is a plus.
* Strong working knowledge of AI is an advantage.
* Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong asset.
