A public sector body in South Wexford is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Clerical Officer Grade III to join their busy administrative team.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and be confident handling a high volume of data entry and communication tasks.

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities
Upload referrals to the database accurately and efficiently
Manage schedules and ensure all capacity is optimised
Respond to incoming phone queries from service users, GPs, and colleagues
Book new appointments and confirm details as required
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support operations
Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity
Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of administration or clerical experience (medical administration experience desirable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and high-speed, accurate data entry skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise workloads effectively in a busy environment
