Role Summary Core Purpose: To act as the primary business link, driving revenue by acquiring, retaining, and growing commercial client accounts for secure destruction services, while ensuring top-tier service and strict regulatory compliance.
Key Focus Areas: Revenue & Growth: Achieve sales targets by generating new business and expanding service usage within an existing client portfolio (e.g., moving from purges to scheduled services).
Relationship & Service: Be the main client contact, building strong relationships through consultation, site audits, and exceptional service management.
Compliance & Security: Guarantee all services adhere to GDPR, EN15713, and internal Quality/Health & Safety standards, including accurate Certificate of Destruction issuance.
Operational Coordination: Liaise with internal logistics/operations teams to ensure efficient and satisfactory service delivery.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account metrics and report on sales activities and client feedback.
Essential Profile: Experience: 5+ years in B2 B sales/account management, ideally in waste, recycling, or security.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection protocols.
Skills: Proven consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, results-driven, and self-motivated.
Technical: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Requirements: Must pass Garda vetting.
A business-related qualification is desirable.
Primary KPIs Measured By: Client Retention Rate Revenue Growth (Existing Accounts) New Client Acquisition Service Volume/Frequency Targets (e.g., tonnes shredded) Skills: Organisational Skills Attention to detail communication skills.
