We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead Manor Farm's L&D strategy and support capability, performance, and growth across all departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive L&D professional who is passionate about developing people and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Develop and deliver Manor Farm's annual Learning & Development strategy.
Work with senior leaders to identify skills gaps and future capability needs.
Design and deliver engaging training programmes (in-person and online).
Oversee the full training cycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
Maintain structured learning pathways for new starters, managers, and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and internal training requirements.
Monitor training completion rates and produce accurate L&D reporting.
Deliver leadership and management development programmes.
Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
Evaluate training effectiveness and introduce continuous improvements.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development role.
Strong background in training design, delivery and evaluation.
Experience with LMS systems and training record management.
Ability to analyse training needs and translate insights into strategic action.
Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship building skills.
Strong organisational and project management capability.
A proactive, solutions focused mindset.
CIPD qualification is desirable.
